Canada Only
We ship within Canada only. We do not currently ship internationally or to the United States. All orders ship from Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight and dimensions of your order. Marine hardware and larger equipment like davit systems may require additional handling — rates reflect the actual cost of shipping your order safely.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or for larger items requiring special packaging, this may extend to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including your tracking number.
Delivery Times
- Winnipeg, Manitoba: 2–5 business days after shipping
- Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba: 4–7 business days
- Ontario, Quebec: 5–10 business days
- Atlantic provinces and territories: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Canada Post service disruptions or weather events may cause delays.
Packaging
We pack all orders carefully. Hardware and mechanical components are secured to prevent transit damage. Larger items like davit systems or motor brackets may ship via freight or with additional handling. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships. If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us at info@captainjigger.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, contact us at info@captainjigger.com and we will resolve it. See our return policy for details on damaged items.
